Victorian Christmas Fayre comes to Newbury

An exciting Victorian Christmas Fayre is coming to Newbury for the first time this December.

The Fayre will include a Victorian carousel, Victorian-themed roving performers, a wide range of market stalls, traders dressed up in typical Victorian clothing, live music, entertainment, and a visit from Father Christmas. The event is organised by Newbury Business Improvement District (BID), the not-for-profit organisation behind the Visit Newbury brand.

The Victorian Christmas Fayre takes place from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th December, and from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm on the final day of the event, Sunday 5th December.

The team at Newbury BID is confident that the event will attract visitors from near and far, and is inviting all traders interested in having a stall to get in touch with the market operators, LSD Promotions, at https://lsdpromotions.com/newbury-events.

Alison Drummond, Newbury BID’s Operations Manager, says:

“We are so thankful to Newbury Town Council, West Berkshire Council, the Corn Exchange, and our town centre businesses for working in partnership with us to make this a possibility and we simply cannot wait to make it happen.”
